Here's the Rules:
The story needs to be short but kinda long to be able to be a 5 min video max.
Must contain Male or Female Prussia and Russia ( other characters can be England, Hungary, and Japan)
Setting is suggest to be fall or winter. Also should be set at the park, mall, or someone's house.
